A Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) on the Community Support Team provides individualized case management and substance use treatment for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. The role works within RHA Health Services to support recovery through assessment, treatment planning, and coordination with clinical and medical staff across community-based programs.
