About this role

As a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), you will support agency personnel as an integral member of the Human Performance Program, focusing on injury prevention, acute and rehabilitative care, and performance optimization. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe sports medicine service delivery and maintaining high standards of operational performance. You will design protective equipment, provide clinical instruction, and serve as an advisor to program leadership on administrative and clinical matters.

Responsibilities

Design and fabricate protective equipment to prevent and treat injuries
Provide acute and rehabilitative care to support agency personnel
Serve as an advisor to the HP program manager on clinical matters
Maintain patient records in the Military's Electronic Health Record system
Develop and promote clinical practice guidelines for Human Performance Training Centers
