Midland Care Connection
The Certified Medication Aide supports older adults by safely administering and documenting prescribed medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role involves monitoring participants for side effects, reporting concerns to nursing staff, and assisting with basic daily care related to medication routines. As part of the interdisciplinary PACE team, the CMA communicates closely with care providers to support coordinated, safe care that helps participants remain independent.
