About this role
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing direct, individualized care to residents in a long-term transitional care unit. This full-time evenings position (3pm–11pm) is based at Park Ridge Living Center and works as part of the nursing team to support resident wellbeing and continuity of care. The role is focused on delivering frontline patient support within a long-term care setting.
