About this role
Great River Health's Right Choice Internal Resource Pool (IRP) is a flexible staffing program for Certified Nursing Assistants that allows clinicians to set their own schedules and choose intermittent shifts or longer-term assignments across hospitals and long-term care facilities. The program enables CNAs to float among three Great River Health locations while meeting a minimum commitment and offers eligible shift differentials and holiday pay. Compensation is hourly with additional pay for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
