About this role
A paid, six-week Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Academy trainee position at Adventist HealthCare combining classroom, simulation, and clinical training that leads to CNA certification through the Maryland Board of Nursing. Upon successful completion and licensure, trainees are promoted to full-time CNA roles at one of four Adventist HealthCare acute care entities and commit to 12 months of employment. Trainees are full-time compensated employees during training and provided training materials and scrubs.
