The Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program is a 160‑hour, 7‑week course that combines classroom theory, clinical training, and hands‑on skill labs to prepare participants for state certification. Trainees are paid $25.21 per hour during the program and will learn to assist nurses with activities of daily living, vital signs, and basic patient care tasks. Successful graduates become eligible to sit for the CNA state certification exam and can begin work in Crestwood’s behavioral health skilled nursing facilities.
