About this role

Provides routine daily nursing care and assistance to assigned residents in a long-term care facility according to each resident’s assessment and care plan. Works under the direction of nursing supervisors to support resident comfort, safety, and basic health needs while maintaining confidentiality and facility policies. Ensures residents are prepared for admissions, transfers, and medical tests and helps with activities of daily living.
