Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in an acute‑care rehabilitative services team, delivering therapeutic interventions to promote patient independence, safety, and functional recovery. The role involves providing OT treatments, assisting with ADL retraining, monitoring progress, documenting sessions per New Jersey regulations, and educating patients and caregivers.
