Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement treatment programs, assist with assessments, and provide therapeutic interventions that improve residents' functional abilities and independence. The role includes documentation, education of residents and families, and participation in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
