About this role
An Occupational Therapy Assistant at Summa Health at Home and Hospice delivers home-based rehabilitative services as part of an interdisciplinary team, supporting patient recovery in a post-acute care setting. The role works under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to implement care plans and engage patients and families in restoring functional independence. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no on-call rotation.
