About this role

This entry‑level position offers a 2nd shift (Monday‑Thursday, 3:30 pm‑1:30 am) training program to develop skills in operating NC milling/grinding machines and vertical turret lathes. After a 3‑week classroom course and 4‑8 weeks of on‑the‑job training, participants will become certified operators capable of setting up equipment, performing machining operations, and verifying part conformance.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate NC milling and grinding machines
Verify finished work against specifications using precision measuring instruments
Perform total preventive maintenance on machining equipment
