Certified Operator (3rd Shift)

This entry‑level position provides a 3‑week classroom training followed by 4‑8 weeks of on‑the‑job instruction to teach candidates how to set up and operate NC milling/grinding machines, vertical turret lathes, and related equipment in a Pratt & Whitney aerospace manufacturing facility. The role works the overnight 3rd shift and leads to certification to accept or reject parts after verifying them against specifications.
