Certified Operator Trainee

The Certified Operator Trainee role is a field‑based position with extensive travel across Canada, where the selected candidate will undergo hands‑on training at Sperry's School of Rail Flaw Detection in the United States. After completing the training and achieving certification in ultrasonic testing, the trainee will progress to operating testing platforms and potentially leading a crew within Sperry's rail flaw detection services.
