About this role

This entry‑level position offers a weekend shift (Friday‑Sunday, 6:00 am‑6:30 pm) with 36 hours paid for 40 hours. Selected candidates will complete a 3‑week classroom training program followed by 4‑8 weeks of on‑the‑job training to learn CNC milling, grinding, and turret lathe operations, precision measurement, and preventive maintenance, ultimately earning certification to accept or reject parts.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate NC milling and grinding machines
Verify finished work against specifications using precision instruments
Perform total preventive maintenance on machining equipment
