Certified Operator

This position is designed to provide individuals with little or no machining or assembly experience with the skills needed to become a Certified Operator at Pratt & Whitney. The role involves participating in on-the-job training to learn routine assembly operations, verify part conformance using precision instruments, and maintain machines through preventive maintenance. Employees will work collaboratively with engineers and production personnel to resolve assembly problems and assist in part process development.
