About this role
Patient Care Assistant (PCA) position at Banner Baywood Medical Center on the General Medical Progressive Care Unit, supporting adult and geriatric patients in an 80-bed cardiac-monitored high-acuity inpatient unit. This is a night-shift role (6:00pm–6:30am) with three shifts per week and rotating weekends/holidays, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus available for licensed CNAs/LNAs. Banner Baywood is a 342-bed hospital providing comprehensive acute and specialty care to the East Valley of Phoenix.
