A Certified Patient Care Assistant (CNA) at Banner University Medical Center joins the Float Pool to support patient care across multiple inpatient units at a nationally recognized academic Magnet hospital. This night-shift position is based in Phoenix and includes weekend rotations and the opportunity to float to ICUs, medical-surgical units, ED, PACU, WIS, Rehab, and Behavioral Health. The role operates within a collaborative clinical environment alongside nurses, physicians, and therapy teams.
