Certified Peer Navigator (1st Shift)

The Fortune Society, in partnership with Community Healthcare Network, provides court and community-based support for individuals released back to the community following arraignment at Brooklyn Criminal Court. The role involves in-court collaboration, conducting initial screenings and assessments, identifying health needs, making referrals, and supervising peer team members. This position is 100% on-site and offers growth opportunities for candidates interested in social services and mental health treatment programs.
