Certified Race Coach

The Certified Race Coach develops alpine athletes of various ages and competitive levels through structured training, technical skill progression, and race preparation. This role fosters foundational skills, advanced racing techniques, sportsmanship, and a lifelong passion for the sport while maintaining USSA standards. The position requires providing high-quality coaching, creating a supportive learning environment, and effectively communicating with athletes, parents, and program directors.
