Certified Referrals EPIC Analyst - Information Tech (Days)

The Certified Referrals EPIC Analyst serves as the primary support contact for the application, troubleshooting tickets and managing project assignments while maintaining a deep understanding of organizational policies and business operations. This role ensures the day-to-day operability of the application, monitors work queues, and coordinates with third-party applications to maintain system integrity and functionality. The analyst leads cross-team efforts to resolve complex issues, participates in Epic upgrade cycles, and acts as a liaison between operations, IT, and vendors to drive continuous improvement and strategic implementation.
