Certified Sterile Processing Technician

The Certified Sterile Processing Technician provides education, orientation, and mentorship for staff on proper decontamination, disinfection, and sterilization methods, while managing the Instrument Asset Management System and supporting hardware/software needs. The role requires at least three years of related experience, an active CRCST and CIS or CER certification (or ability to obtain within three months), and involves coordinating training, competency assessments, and performance improvement activities in a clinical environment.
