Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) support the physical readiness and performance optimization of Aircrew by delivering holistic training programs that integrate prehabilitation, performance training, and strength and conditioning principles. The role involves collaborating with the Human Performance team to plan and execute training, providing instructional support, and maintaining a visible presence within flying squadrons to build rapport with warfighters. CSCS personnel are expected to stay abreast of evolving best practices and maintain professional certifications.
