The Professional Coder codes surgical and physician services for inpatient and outpatient encounters, assigning accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes to ensure proper billing and timely claim submission. The role supports charge review, denial investigation, and optimization of reimbursement while maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards. This position is based at the Methodist Corporate Office and works full-time daytime hours Monday through Friday.
