Certified Surgical Tech (CST)

The Certified Surgical Technologist works intra-operatively under the direction of the Director of Surgical Services and a Registered Nurse to prepare and handle supplies and equipment, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. This role requires collaboration as a team member to prioritize patient care and take responsibility for personal actions. The position focuses on maintaining a therapeutic surgeon environment while supporting surgical procedures.
