Responsibilities

Arrange and inventory sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies for cases
Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures by passing instruments and supplies

Qualifications

High School Diploma/G.E.D.Completion of an approved Surgical Technician programCurrent Basic Life Support through the American Heart AssociationCurrent registration with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) as a surgical technologistCertification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Certification as a Tech in Surgery from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
