Surgical Technologist who functions in the scrub role in the operating room under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Provides perioperative patient care across the lifespan (infant to geriatric) and performs clinical duties in accordance with population-specific guidelines and National Patient Safety Goals. Works within the hospital's surgical services to support safe and effective surgical care.
