This position requires cross-trained flexibility to support Ortho, General, OB/GYN, Urology, and Podiatry procedures while ensuring patient safety and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Maintain sterile field and anticipate surgeon needs during surgical procedures
Prepare and inventory sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies for cases
Assist in preparing and moving patients while sterilizing instruments and rooms

Qualifications

High School Diploma/G.E.D.Completion of an approved Surgical Technician programCurrent Basic Life Support through the American Heart AssociationCurrent registration with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) as a surgical technologistCertification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Certification as a Tech in Surgery from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
