Certified Wellness Coach Full Time

The Certified Wellness Coach provides patient-centered care to diverse populations, including HRH associates, employer partners, and community patients, to help them achieve health and wellness goals related to weight, nutrition, exercise, stress, and work/life balance. The role involves developing individualized wellness plans, conducting educational sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote wellness programs at Hendricks Regional Health and with employer partners. The position requires effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the application of health behavior change theories to support participants in their wellness journeys.
