This role is responsible for defining and governing the Certinia platform's business roadmap, overseeing key workstreams including project management, resource allocation, skills management, time and expense tracking, and billing processes. The position requires translating business requirements into actionable solution decisions while leading fit-gap sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams during implementation. The role also encompasses data migration, system integrations, user acceptance testing, and post-launch optimization to ensure successful platform adoption and continuous improvement.
