CES/SLS Direct Support Professional

This position provides supervision and support to an individual with disabilities living at home, allowing primary caregivers to take breaks or participate in activities. The role involves overnight and waking supervision, assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and transportation as outlined in the Individual Support Plan. The position is contingent on passing a background check and requires a valid driver's license.
