CFO

This role leads the Group's overall financial strategy and performance by driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning to support sustainable growth and shareholder value. The position oversees financial reporting, treasury and liquidity management, risk governance, and the financial performance of key portfolios while ensuring strong internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness. It involves providing strategic financial leadership across capital allocation, funding structures, investments, and business expansion initiatives, while optimizing systems, processes, and operational efficiency. The role also requires building and developing a high-performing finance organization and acting as a strategic advisor to senior management and the Board on financial performance, risk, and long-term value creation.
