Outward Bound California
This 12-week apprenticeship program provides training to become an experiential educator and ropes course facilitator at the McLaren Park Challenge Course in San Francisco. The role focuses on reducing barriers to work in outdoor education for underrepresented groups while teaching knot-tying, belaying, and teamwork facilitation skills. Participants will work with Bay Area youth to deliver safe and engaging outdoor programs under staff mentorship.
