The role involves coordinating end-to-end change activities, supporting business readiness, and managing stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.

It builds clinician capability through AI-driven, context-aware recommendations at the point of care, and closes execution gaps in real time. Altitude also provides a physician-supervised virtual care team to support patient outreach, lab orders, referrals, and ongoing monitoring between visits.
