A principal-level individual contributor who designs scalable systems, frameworks, and operating models to drive employee experience (EX), change management, and adoption across the global Digital Workplace ecosystem. The role focuses on shaping strategy rather than execution, bridging the gap between user needs and technical teams to deliver consistent, high-quality platform experiences. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing change plans using methodologies like Prosci/ADKAR, and collaborating with platform owners to translate business requirements into actionable specifications.

Responsibilities

Design scalable EX and change adoption frameworks across the Digital Workplace ecosystem
Lead end-to-end EX strategy for new COTS product deployments ensuring intuitive design
Develop and execute structured change management plans using industry-recognized frameworks
Conduct user research and journey mapping to inform design and deployment decisions
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced global matrixed organization
