Change Lead

An experienced Change Lead is needed for a 6-month contract to support the delivery of the Cybersecurity Uplift Programme and contribute to other strategic initiatives like DataHub. This role focuses on helping employees navigate change by working with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure new processes and systems are adopted across the organisation. The position involves leading change management activities, developing engagement plans, and coaching leaders to drive successful implementation.
