Change Management Internship

This internship supports research and review projects focused on hospital policies, procedures, and department operations within the Marketing & Comms function. The role drives the adoption of major organizational transformations, including large-scale tech projects and hospital integrations, while helping build change management capabilities across the organization. The position is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Hyde Park, NY, running from June 2027 through August 2027.
