Change Management Lead

This role is responsible for leading stakeholder engagement and change management processes to align business leaders and end users with enterprise-wide business solutions and HR initiatives. The position involves developing change strategies, conducting impact analyses, and facilitating workshops to ensure successful adoption and business readiness. The individual will serve as a liaison between business solution teams and act as a Change Subject Matter Expert to drive organizational transformation.
