Change Management Lead

Prime Controls is seeking a Change Management Lead to serve as the operational backbone of its Enterprise Change Management System. This dedicated project manager will oversee change initiatives end-to-end, from intake and discovery through governance review, execution, and adoption. The role requires strong project management skills to coordinate across departments, manage the organizational change calendar, and ensure successful implementation of company-wide changes.
