Change Management Specialist

The Change Management Specialist at Technitask will lead organizational change initiatives within the healthcare sector, focusing on improving information management and communication technology processes. This role requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience in change management for large-scale IT projects, along with expertise in stakeholder analysis, communication, and training material development. The Specialist will also develop operational delivery models and governance frameworks to enhance patient access and align clinical plans across multiple healthcare organizations. The position is a 4-month remote contract requiring certifications in change management methodologies, including CCMP and Prosci (ADKAR).
