Change Manager (2 Years FTC)

An experienced Change Manager will lead the people side of regional transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia and China within the Project Management Office. The role involves developing change strategies, conducting impact assessments, and partnering with business leaders and HR to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Key focus areas include HRIS, Procurement, and Accounts Payable transformations while building internal change management capabilities.
