The Change Manager at WGU will focus on the people side of change to increase employee adoption and usage of new processes, systems, roles, and structures. The role creates and implements change management strategies and plans to drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and improved student and organizational outcomes. The Change Manager will coach senior leaders and support project teams to integrate change activities into project plans.
