Change Manager

The Change Manager will independently deliver and embed change for a global SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation, ensuring business readiness, leadership buy-in, and successful adoption across all markets and functions. This role involves developing change management strategies, stakeholder analysis, and communication plans to maximize ROI and support the transition to new ways of working. The position requires collaboration with project teams, business stakeholders, and local champions to drive change management activities and build organizational competency.
