Change Manager

The Change Manager partners with leaders and teams to help the organization navigate significant organisational, digital, and sector change. This internal-facing role leads change management activities for strategic projects, ensuring new systems, technologies, and processes are successfully adopted. The position also involves moderating change across the council to balance capacity, timing, and cumulative impacts for sustainable delivery.
