Change Manager

This newly created role will establish and embed an enterprise-wide Change Management Practice to support successful organisational, people, operating model, and systems transformation. The position involves developing change management frameworks, leading major change initiatives, and coaching leaders to build organisational change capability. Success in this role is defined by creating a scalable approach that enables transformation outcomes and strengthens change capability across the organisation.
