Change Order Specialist

The Change Order Specialist supports Divcon’s active project portfolio by coordinating the operational change order process and ensuring potential scope, cost, and schedule impacts are identified, documented, and routed for timely commercial action. This role collaborates across Field Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and Sales Engineering to gather project information, maintain documentation consistency, and strengthen contract adherence. The position focuses on proactive cost management, accurate change order development, and providing visibility into open change events and cost exposure.
