Change Portfolio Data & Insights Manager

This role establishes and operates portfolio management disciplines to effectively manage demand, prioritisation, resource allocation, and delivery oversight for the Group Customer & Communications Change Team. The position provides a consistent view of change governance, ensuring appropriate controls and decision-making processes are in place without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. The role involves working closely with Change Portfolio Leads and leadership to ensure resources are focused on high priorities and delivery risks are addressed. It also includes continuously improving the PMO approach to build a simple, scalable operating model that supports the team and its stakeholders.
