About this role

The Channel Sales Support Agent is the operational backbone for our independent contractor (IC) sales teams in the field, ensuring they have the support needed to successfully sell and onboard our products to local sellers across Australia.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for Australian sales teams, responding to inquiries within agreed SLA timeframes
Build and maintain strong working relationships with independent contractor sales teams
Provide product knowledge, pricing information, sales collateral, and technical guidance
Work with internal teams across the business to resolve sales inefficiencies and remove blockers
Maintain and update sales documentation, playbooks, and resource libraries

Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI toolsFamiliarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle managementBasic understanding of sales reporting and analytics
