Chaplain

This role supports the healing mission of Mercy by ministering to patients, families, and personnel to address their spiritual, social, and emotional needs during illness or stress. The position involves providing compassionate care and spiritual comfort to individuals of all belief systems while collaborating with interdisciplinary clinical teams. The role requires the ability to work independently and in stressful situations to advocate for patients and provide high-quality pastoral services.
