The Charge Nurse is a licensed Registered Nurse who coordinates and oversees clinical operations within a Pain Management Ambulatory Surgery Center, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑anesthesia phases. This role provides clinical guidance, supports staff, maintains regulatory compliance, and promotes patient safety and satisfaction.
